Our Mission:
Our motto is - People First - and the formula is that of the "3 S's" - social, supportive and sustainable. Therefore, for us, time is a timely tool, and the time bank is an effective channel to implement equal treatment and opportunities without discrimination due to the diversity and plurality of our territorial society.

How we Serve Our Community
We work on non-discrimination to prevent hate speech against groups and minorities such as LGBTI, immigrants, ethnic or religious groups, asylees, undocumented people and families at risk of poverty. We manage, from Sitges, the Catalonian observatory for equal treatment and opportunities, ObservatoriCat, as well as an anti-rumour unit on social and social issues. of discrimination.
Support Our Cause
Our action is intergenerational and we are probably one of the few time banks that we have people of different age groups. Our challenge is to be able to get a time bank for people of school and university age, with exchange of their time for support in studies and socio-cultural activities. We are among those who believe that networking and teamwork is the best way to share experiences to obtain more people the benefit of the results.
